I made an appointment, feeling a bit silly but also excited about the possibilities. The chiropractor was very patient with me because I had a ton of questions. It was also more than just talking. He explained how every part of a person’s body is connected to the spine in some way, and that adjustments can actually help a person who is trying to lose weight. While I don’t understand the science behind it, it must work just fine because I have lost 20 pounds since starting this treatment plan, and I have the motivation to lose the rest now!
